    New Bins Installed For South Essex Homes To Comply With Fire Risk Assessment

    The latest phase of a three year contract to install bin stores for South Essex Homeshas just been completed.
    The criteria for this project, which began in 2015, was to comply with the Fire Risk Assessment and South Essex Homes' commitment to:

    get the refuse outside of their properties;
    reduce the risk of an arson attack causing a fire inside the building; and
    prevent the wheely bins from being moved to block a fire exit route.

    Blake Fire & Security Systems Install CCTV In Balmoral Estate Tower Blocks, Westcliff

    In one of our latest projects, we've been installing a commercial CCTV systemin three Balmoral Estate Tower Blocks in Westcliff-on-Sea, Essex. The Estate was infamous last year for the tragic loss of a pregnant woman, killed in a fire which started on the 9th floor of Grampian Flats.
