So what's the difference?

NSI Silver

NSI Silver companies meet the industry's technical standards which are listed on their Certificate of Approval.

NSI Gold

NSI Gold companies meet the industry’s highest technical standards and maintain a commitment to continual improvement with scrutiny of their ISO 9001 Quality Management System.

So, both Gold and Silver approved companies meet the same technical standards for their installations.

But the Gold accreditation delves deeper into the company's management, ensuring that they continually improve their policies, procedures and processes.
