The first instance involved a client trying to programme new key fobs into their access control system. They were having problems and the person who knew how to do it was unavailable.
Often this situation means a costly extra training session - and a long wait to get it! Not so for Blake's customers...
Instead, one of our resourceful office staff was able to talk through the procedure over the phone. By the end of the call our client was confident of the process and their new member of staff could access their classrooms!
Result - one happy customer!
The other instance was a call from a frustrated school site manager. The building had suffered a power problem, so he had to re-set and check all the electrical systems.
Circuit breakers are a vital part of security but he couldn't locate one for a particular set of automatic doors. Because we're consummate professionals, our knowledge of the school and their systems came to the rescue!
One of our experienced engineers rang to tell the site manager exactly where to look and what to check. This meant the task was complete in minutes!
Problem solved without fuss. School security and pupil safety restored. All done and dusted with...
