The owner of a detached house in Westcliff-on-Sea got in touch about the best way to protect their home.
The homeowners said they wanted to secure their property when they were out. And make sure they knew what was going on around the property when they were not there.
VISITING THE WESTCLIFF HOME TO FIND THE BEST SECURITY SOLUTION
We visited the property and recommended that the best solution was a CCTV system. With cameras keeping a watchful eye on all the exterior parts of the house.
Then we provided a quotation to install a fully compliant HD 4 camera CCTV system. Our quote included setup for remote viewing on their mobile devices.
This type of smart system would allow them to view their property whenever they were not at home.
AND to see what was going on outside when they were indoors.
A SMART HOME CCTV SYSTEM
Once the customer was happy with the quote, we installed four IP cameras. These provided coverage at the front, to the left and right plus the back of the property.
We installed a 4-channel recorder in the ground floor study. And ran black external Cat 5 cabling back to the recorder location for all cameras. Then the system was set up for remote viewing from their mobile devices.
We also supplied and installed the correct signage warning that CCTV is in operation.
