A Caretaker at a Wickford School called us about an Intruder Alarm for their Reception area.

The main entrance can be a vulnerable area in a school. We talked about this in one of our case studies for a school in Chalkwell.
So, when we carried out the site survey, the School had another request.
They wanted to fit a new wireless panic alarm in the reception lobby.
This means that, if there was ever a problem at the main doors, it would be easy to raise the alarm. And alert others in the School.

And, once this was accepted, we got them booked in for the works asap.

We used a Texecom equipment. The School now has coverage at front reception which they didn't have before. And everyone feels a lot safer.
