Our MD, Ian Blake, ran the Paris Marathon earlier this month. See him pictured below with son Simon, who is head of the Emergency Lighting department at Blake Fire & Security Systems.
Ian finished in 5 hours and 15 minutes. Well done, guys!
"This was my 24th Paris Marathon. It has become a passion of mine due to my family history. My Mother's side of the family were from Paris and, although my Father's side are British, they also lived in Paris. Running the marathon every year brings back fond memories - there's so much history there. Not to mention the beautiful architecture, food and drink!"
