I started working in the security industry in 2003. My role included working across a whole range of electronic security systems which included Intruder,
Fire,
CCTV and
Access Control.
This gave me a good understanding of the security industry before moving to Blake Fire & Security Systems and progressing in the intruder department as a manager.
I have worked on a variety of systems, from a whole range of different manufacturers, which includes installing, maintaining and my favourite, fault finding. I get an amazing buzz from finding and rectifying faults where others may have failed and this in turn gives me great job satisfaction.
Since moving into managing the
intruder alarm department I have gained a much better understanding of the industry as well as experience in designing and building systems to specifically meet client’s requirements or insurance needs both
domestically and
commercially.
